Previously, reaction vessels generally used jacket heating and coil cooling. Due to the distance between the heating medium and the material in the middle of the Reactor, there was a large temperature difference between the reactor wall and the material in the center, which had a certain impact on the color, quality, and reaction time of the finished product.

By using dual coils for simultaneous heating and cooling, the reaction rate can significantly increase, and there is almost no temperature difference between the materials. In addition to its objective advantages, the double coil also has a certain degree of flexibility. Some grades of resin are fed using a two-step method, and the double coil can be divided into upper and lower sections. In the early stage of feeding, the upper half of the coil is not filled with hot oil, so that the material will not stick to the coil and cause coking, which will affect the color of the resin.
