Our company has independently developed the latest energy-saving mixing method. Compared with traditional turbine mixing, the new energy-saving mixing method can make the material mixture more thorough and the reaction more intense, which not only saves energy but also saves reaction time and later vacuum pumping time.

The parts on the stirring blade have different work capacities due to the different stirring diameters. The root part (near the shaft end) has the worst work capacity due to the smallest stirring diameter, while the tip part (blade end) has the strongest work capacity. If the blade adopts a continuous shape, there is obviously a waste of power. Compared with traditional turbine blades, the blades of the new energy-saving blade "twist" through a specific angle to ensure that any section of the blade reaches the maximum work efficiency, thereby reducing power consumption and accelerating material mixing.
